Coming soon, LG will have two more phones in their Cookie jar. Each will have social networking as the main focus and feature a fun cartoon UI. The Cookie Plus GS500 and Cookie Fresh GS290 are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The LG Cookie Plus GS500 comes pre-loaded with Facebook, Twitter and Flickr applications so you will never miss another wall update or Tweet. The Live Square app assigns avatars to your friends and puts all social network updates and messages in one convenient location.

The 3 inch WQVGA display coupled with the animated UI makes this a fun and easy to use handset. Customise the homescreen with widgets to your favourite applications and with gesture shortcut control you can access them with a flick of the wrist.

Web browsing is via 3G HSDPA to ensure fast content loading and the Cookie Plus features Editable Screenshot MMS to enable you to capture, edit and send web pages to your friends. The handset also includes a 3 megapixel camera, FM tuner and multimedia player. LG have also included a 3.5mm audio jack so you can use headphones of your choosing.

The LG Cookie Fresh GS290 also offers a fun UI and Live Square. Social network integration ensures you see the latest updates and Tweets on your homescreen and gesture shortcut control is also included. The camera is a modest 2 megapixel affair and web browsing is via GPRS/EDGE. The Cookie Fresh has a similar feature set to the original Cookie with a funky design and will be available in a large range of vibrant colours.
